Všechny texty jsou naštěstí alespoň v angličtině a ne v jazyce, o kterém ten který článek konkrétně pojednává (to by dopadlo, vzhledem k tomu, že jsem dnes četl cosi o finštině, litevštině, japonštině nebo ruštině...). Na pomoc jsem si vzal jednu schopnou angličtinářku a vytvořili jsme tedy schopný dvoučlenný tým - ona věděla, jak který výraz přeložit do češtiny a já zase, co který výraz znamená. Občas jsme naše překladatelské snahy u určitých výrazů utnuli již ze začátku, protože se jednalo o texty generativistů a některé termíny, jimi používané, jak známo v češtině ani schůdný ekvivalent nemají. Na to, že jsme do toho skočili jako do ledové vody, bez osmělování, se nám dařilo vcelku dobře a snad se tu tedy rýsuje jakási dlouhodobější spolupráce - minimálně do diplomky by vydržet mohla...
